What was the highlight of Intown Residence
Just standard
Value for money, good location. The Burmese workers are very friendly.
The Thai receptionist is not friendly, stern face to the customers. Towers are too old, will not even be used by the homeless. TV is not working in some rooms, when request simply ignored. No breakfast choices, fried egg and omelette that's all. Rice soup and noodles will be more popular if added.

Good value. Good breakfast. Beautiful lobby.
Great A/C, very helpful staff, comfortable bed.
There were bugs in the room (not sure what kind, but I saw four total). Also, wi-fi didn't work in the morning hours.

Only had half the cable TV channels working and 1 English. Not a problem if your here to travel as outside is a lot more interesting.

clean room, but very inconsistent internet service in rooms.
It was near where I had to go for my conference, but far from public transportation. Food in restaurant was good.
Internet was not working often and seems that the desk person didn't care as long as it was working for him, for customers was not of any concern of his.
